Cellphone provider such as NTT DOCOMO & others, provides smartphones plan by doing 24 months contract. However, most of the international student visa is only last for 12 months. As for the result, it would cost approximately more than ¥40,000 compare to Japanese that can make 24 months contract. Furthermore, it is required to register a credit card to make those contract, and it is possible that the international student do not have a credit card. By seeing those condition, we provides a non expensive SIM card plan, that has 5Gb data plan per month with 260 Mbps maximum speed and also can perform normal telephone call and Short Messaging Services (SMS).
The telephone number is start with 090 / 080 / 070 and it could make a phone call to landline phone, other cellphone / PHS and emergency telephone number such as 110 (Police), 119 (Fire Department), etc.
For your information, telephone number that starts with 050 might not able to call those emergency telephone number (e.g.: 110 or 119).

- The shortest contract periods are 6 months for SIM card & 12 months for mobile internet router.
- How do we pay the telephone call bill?
- Telephone call charge must be paid 2 months later after last telephone call is made. e.g.: last telephone call is on January 2016, the telephone bill comes on March 2016.

- What if SIM card or mobile internet router is lost?
- We are going to charge you ¥3,240 for a SIM card & ¥21,384 for mobile internet router.
- How do we pay the monthly internet bill?
- First, we require you to pay registration fee & 2 months monthly fee by cash and pay the rest, until end of the contract via bank transfer.
- What to do in case of late payment?
- Please make your payment in cash at our office in cash or send it to our company bank account, before the 10th of the following month, otherwise, you might not able to use your SIM card.
- Call Center Operation Hour
- Weekday : 10AM – 18PM. We have Japanese, English & Vietnamese speaker staff. However, under certain circumstances it might take longer time to get to Vietnamese speaker staff.
